Research Overview

From computer-based protein-protein interaction studies to nanoparticle synthesis, Tara has a wide range of research experience. In the past she has worked with Prof Richard Tilley, Prof Justin Gooding, Prof Richard Edwards and Prof Rob Yang at UNSW in Australia, and with Prof Wee Han Ang at NUS in Singapore. Currently, she is working with Prof Vince Tropepe at the University of Toronto on her doctoral thesis.

Her skill-set includes CRISPR, protein pull-down methods, cell metabolic assays, electrophoretic methods, and a broad variety of transmission electron microscopy and confocal microscopy techniques.
